In the darkness that surrounds us
Is the flickering glow of candlelight
As we stare into each other’s eyes
Butterflies in my stomach take flight
Two glasses of wine sit on the table
You reach out and frame my face
Then our lips slowly melt together
We wrap in a passionate embrace
You pull me down to lay beside you
Our hands slowly removing clothes
Fingertips lingering as they move
Our bare skin the candlelight shows
Hands caressing each other’s bodies
Lips and tongues do a slow dance
Stoking the fire that’s burning inside
As we melt together in this romance
Slowly covering your body with mine
Your entry inside me fueled by lust
A passionate ride now picks up pace
Moaning and panting with every thrust
On a frenzied journey toward release
You feel my body squeezing you tight
Breathing heavily we lay side by side
Our bodies glistening in candlelight

Another passionate interlude, in such beautiful prose.
